- Customer content: the controls, policies, risks, and evidence you upload. This content belongs to you.
- Website analytics: aggregated, privacy-friendly analytics on asurvo.com (no third-party advertising cookies).
How we use it
- To provide and maintain the Services.
- To secure our platform and investigate abuse.

- To improve Asurvo based on aggregated usage patterns.
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of sub-processors to run Asurvo (cloud hosting, email, analytics). A current list is available on request.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@asurvo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain customer data for as long as your subscription is active, and delete or anonymize it within 90 days of termination unless legally required to retain longer.

Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
