These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Asurvo platform, website, and related services ("Services") provided by Asurvo. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change fees with 30 days' notice.

4. Customer Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Asurvo. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Services.

5. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other party's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own, and no less than reasonable care.

6. Service Level

We strive to maintain high availability. Enterprise customers receive a written service level agreement with uptime commitments and remedies.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription for material breach if the breach remains uncured 30 days after written notice.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes with reasonable notice before they take effect.
